Who Answers Your Request

When you reach out, an independent local provider in our network follows up. That person runs their own business. They know the area, the homes and the rules in your town.

What the Provider May Ask

Expect a few simple questions. Have the answers ready:

  • Is the bathroom on the first floor, upstairs or in a basement?
  • What size is the tub or shower now?
  • How wide is the bathroom doorway?
  • Who will use it, and what makes bathing hard today?
  • Do you have photos you can share?

These details help the provider guess at the job before a visit. A quick tape measure and a phone camera go a long way.

Questions Worth Asking a Provider

Treat the first talk like a short interview. Ask:

  • Are you licensed and insured in my state?
  • Will you give me a written quote?
  • Who handles permits?
  • How long does the job usually take?
  • What care does the tub or shower need afterward?
  • What does the warranty cover, and who backs it?

Write the answers down. Compare them if you talk to more than one provider.

You Stay in Charge

Sending a request does not lock you in. You pick the provider, the product and the date. You can say no at any point. Some policies or programs may help with part of an accessibility project, so check yours and ask the provider what paperwork they can supply.
