Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider and keep a written record.
Still, tell us too. Your feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please know that Maleorganics Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act for a provider.

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may be another option.
